The purchase orders are processed by Think Pink Customer Service and logistic department in 1-2 working days from the date of the order (except during holydays, but in that case, it will be specified).
Delivery normally takes place within 5 working days.
The products delivery schedule, as well as estimate shipping costs, is shown during the purchase order procedure and on the order, confirmation sent by e-mail by the courier. In any case the products will be deliver within 30 days from the receiving date of the purchase order.
The products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase form.
Delivery to customer address
Products will be shipped to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order.
We recommend the Customer to give a complete address (cap/zip code, house number) and to check it.
At the products picking up time, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail by the courier in which is indicated the tracking number of the shipment through which could be possible to control every step of the way.
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, except for festivity, in office hours. The delivery is accomplished when the products are made available to the customer at the specified address or at the pick-up point communicated by e-mail.
In the event of undelivered due to customer absence, the courier will send a notice by e-mail in which is specified the methods of collection of the goods or will make a second delivery attempt the next working days (max 3 attempts).
In the event of the third delivery attempt is also unsuccessful or the Customer won’t reply to Think Pink Customer Service, the package will be returned to MAN SOCKS ITALIA SRL and the user it will be notified of this circumstance by e-mail.
If the delivery will not be accomplished within 30 days from the first attempt of the courier, the contract will be cancelled pursuant to article 1456 of Italian Civil Code. In case of purchase order cancellation Man Socks Italia srl will proceed to refund the customer, except for the shipping cost. The contract cancellation shall be communicated by e-mail to the Customer.
The deliveries will be ruled as follows:
In case the delivery has not been made, or has been made in late, the Customer could send a claim to Man Socks Italia srl, which will processed the claim. If the delay is fault of Man Socks Italia srl and is not to ascribe to accident or force majeure, or to incorrect indication of delivery data from the Customer:
In any of the previous case the amount to be refund will be communicated to the customer via e-mail.
The customer must check the condition of the product once delivered.
In case the package is clearly tampered with or altered, the customer may accept “with reserve” the delivery, giving promptly notice to Man Socks Italia srl at email@example.com .
Shipping costs are free over a certain amount threshold defined for each destination country; therefore, it is advisable to estimate the possible amount shipping costs at the time of purchase by entering the destination address.
For shipments outside European Union, any custom duties and taxes for importation are at Customer’s charge.
We are not aware of the amount of custom duties, which will be communicated directly by the courier once the shipment has arrived in the destination country.
